ABOUT THE ROLE Factory is hiring an EMEA Field Marketing lead to own and build our field and account-based marketing motion across the EMEA region. This is a foundational role based in our London office. You will not inherit a fully built team or playbook - you will create the EMEA field motion from the ground up in partnership with Sales and global Marketing. You will own how Factory shows up in-market across EMEA, from high-touch ABM programs and executive events to strategic sponsorships, customer dinners, roundtables, and regional activations. Every program you run will be tied to target accounts, informed by sales priorities and account intent, and measured by its impact on pipeline, deal acceleration, and revenue. This role is both strategic and hands-on.
