About the Role The HCM Security Specialist I is responsible for executing Oracle HCM security provisioning and supporting day-to-day security operations to ensure users have the appropriate system access. Based in India, this role provides offshore support by managing security requests and serving as the Tier 2 escalation point for our Manila-based support team.
