About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sr Strategic Operations Associate to join the Earner Marketplace & Matching team within Uber's US & Canada Mobility business. The Earner Marketplace & Matching team tackles some of Uber's most interesting marketplace optimization challenges. We shape the earner side of the marketplace through driver pricing, incentives, positioning, matching, and other marketplace levers—balancing reliability and efficiency today while supporting a healthy driver experience and sustainable supply over the long term.
