Customer Support, which is the heart and soul of our business, will be part of the landing team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with HubSpot customers, across all product lines and all customer channels. You will partner with our customers to resolve issues and help them build familiarity with, and effectively use, a variety of tools within HubSpot.
