The Opportunity We are looking for a Software Engineer II, Backend to join our Federated Intelligence Platform team in India. The team serves as the federated intelligence layer within the Abnormal Data Platform, managing the ingestion, storage, and retrieval of critical entity insights and threat indicators that drive core detection and the customer portal. This position focuses on scaling NEP reads, managing OpenSearch, and ensuring the reliability of domain and vendor-engine federation. The hire will design and maintain high-volume ingestion and low-latency services across global infrastructures, playing a vital role in upholding detection efficacy as the company expands its security footprint into identity and AI-agent protection. In this role, you will contribute to scalable backend services and distributed systems, taking ownership of features from design through production.
