About the Role As a Platform Engineer, you will deploy and operate Innovaccer's services on OpenShift in customer data centres through a fully GitOps-driven delivery model. This is high-throughput platform work: bringing hundreds of services up in a new environment through Helm and ArgoCD, re-pointing CI pipelines and service configurations to on-premise targets, and making each service provably healthy through structured validation. You will be part of the squads that turn a rollout plan into a running platform. A Day in the Life Deploy services to OpenShift via ArgoCD: author and maintain Helm values overlays, application manifests, and environment-specific configuration. Re-point CI pipelines, service endpoints, and credentials from cloud targets to on-premise equivalents at scale, following dependency-ordered rollout plans.
