About the Role Innovaccer is building the AI-native, autonomous operations platform for healthcare — and we need someone to own the story of what that means. The Head of Thought Leadership owns messaging and positioning at two levels: the company-wide healthcare autonomy narrative that defines what Innovaccer is, and the category-level frame that sits above our four solutions (Gravity, Atlas, Galaxy, and Flow) so they read as one company’s story rather than four separate products. This is a research-and-influence role, not a command role. Each solution has its own Head of Marketing who owns that solution’s strategy, pipeline, and messaging sign-off directly — senior, strategic peers, not people you manage.
