Meta's Infrastructure team is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Supply Planning and Capacity Ecosystems (SPACE) org. This is a high-autonomy, principal-level lead who will serve as a strategic partner supporting and enabling the Infra SPACE (Strategy, Planning, Allocation & Capacity Ecosystems) org. SPACE is responsible for creating the end-to-end infrastructure plan and driving its delivery including from the broader infrastructure ecosystem of suppliers. You'll partner directly with the Sr Director of Capacity Ecosystems and VP-level leadership to drive operational excellence, lead critical strategic projects, and ensure preparedness for key decisions that shape how Meta plans, allocates, and optimizes infrastructure capacity at global scale. This role requires experience in leadership enablement, organizational excellence, and execution.
