Job Title: ESOP Management Specialist – HR Operations Location: Noida Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven ESOP Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The role will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of equity programs while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and a superior employee experience.
