About the Job: LaunchDarkly is seeking a Strategic GTM Programs Director to serve as a trusted partner, execution leader, and connective force across the CRO organization. This role will work alongside the CRO and Revenue leadership team to translate strategic priorities into action, maintain alignment to the CRO’s V2MOM, and ensure critical business objectives move forward with focus and discipline. The Strategic GTM Programs Director will coordinate organizational priorities in alignment with key objectives for the Company and the CRO organization. They will programmatically manage projects, initiatives, and communications across the global Revenue organization in close partnership with Revenue organization leaders and by building a strong relationship with Revenue Operations team.
