Role Description Dropbox is seeking an experienced, strategic, and technology-forward Senior Director, Global Tax Reporting to lead the Company’s worldwide direct tax reporting function. This leader will be responsible for all aspects of global income tax accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and operational excellence across U.S. federal, state, and international jurisdictions. As a key member of the Tax leadership team, the Senior Director will oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, global income tax compliance, SEC tax reporting, tax accounting for strategic business initiatives, and the Company’s overall direct tax reporting framework.
