What you’ll do: - Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner. - Collaborate closely with customers and internal Spring Health employees to meet the unique needs of the account. - Partner with global providers to identify and integrate culturally sensitive modifications to materials. - Develop clinical content and training materials utilizing modern engagement and instructional techniques. - Follow all Spring Health policies and maintain strict confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards. - Collaborate to expand clinical training offerings and enhance measurements of training effectiveness. - Act as a collaborative team player by assisting with Wellsprings initiatives and on-site health fairs as required.
