ABOUT THE ROLE Rho is hiring an IT Engineer to own the technology backbone that keeps our SF office and distributed team running. You'll be the go-to person for employee IT support, device and identity management, and the systems and tooling that help Rho move fast. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in our SF office — ideal for someone who loves solving problems for their colleagues and building scalable IT operations at a high-growth fintech. RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support — hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting — with a focus on fast, friendly resolution.
